"The prayer of those without Faith is nothing but (futile) wandering (in the mind)." When I first read the Quran it was unlike anything I have experienced. If I even begin to describe its beauty with mere words it would be a pity because words are not even worthy, nor capable of trying to comprehend something so GREAT! In any language, though arabic (a language that is 1500 years old is very rich in descriptive terms compared to others) may give a glimmer of hope. Other words being in the same sentence with "THE QURAN" and "GOD"? Do you not see that THOSE words are self sufficient on their own? Full of life. What im trying to say is, if the worlds best writers gathered and strived for 100 years with dictionarys of all languages trying to make 1 new universal language for the sake of describing The Supremacy of THE ONE TRUE EVER LIVING CREATOR it would do no justice. It would make no difference because "words" eventually, believe it or not become worn out. Except of course this miracle of a message - to humanity. ❤

Wow 2nd exercise will bugger up a lot of people’s backs especially fo senior - flexion and twist - ouch! Not being rude but don’t think you have worked with seniors or else you would know that a lot of seniors are very limited and chair based is best -
